Why was this event posted on isratrance??? I got there, and they were playing house music, and there was a bunch of psytrance people there looking a bit annoyed. The psytrance people who showed up for this event under the impression it was going to be a psytrance event...and were unaware of the party at the pussycat lounge...which on the west side of 3rd street on the other side of the village. |

i understand your devotion to psychedelic trance, and i totally support it, man, but for my ears a LOT OF MUSIC!!!outside of psyshop sphere sounds mindbending, and i apologize for my desire to play those tunes(housemusik?!) out for people;
is there a sencorship on this forum? strictly trance? or people that cannot spell psikedeleec not alowd a mile in a radius?

Last week I came and really liked the music, it was a good change. However it annoyed me that no one else seemed to care much for the music. |

Well... it is just that it is a wednsday night party, I have to work in the morning, so I can only stay out in the city until 11 PM or so and I wanted to take out my girlfriend to listen to some trance...My Girlfriend loves trance and we could have gone to the bar down the street from us to listen to house music. But we came all the way back into the city to listen to trance.
We ended up paying 15 dollars for 2 drinks, and we expected you guys to play some progressive trance.
I have nothing against house music, I just saw the name omnitribe and assumed that you guys were going to play trance... if you guys want to throw a party with house music, then advertise it as such to avoid confusion... I made the assumption that it was trance music because you guys posted it in the "Isratrance" forum.
Also, I think we should have weekly parties during happy hour, when people are getting off of work, and the bars offer drink specials. I think this goes for all weekly parties... you would have a much bigger after work crowd that would drink more if you started DJing around 5PM or so. People always say trance people don't drink, so that is the reason why parties at bars don't do well...but I don't think that is always true. The majority of psytrance people who can afford to drink in bars have full time jobs and have to be up early in the morning. |
