I just came across some samples from the debut album of the artist 'Bubble' and immediately took me back to the kind of music Infected made in 2000-2001. (particularly B.P.Empire)
But from what I can make out its not really dancefloor oriented. IMO, thats a good thing!
Any info on where they're from ? |

Jerusalem mabye.
one of them is a member here.
it is happy music. and really not like old Infected, mabe cause of the nord lead u think that. they sound more like a combination of Psycraft Dali and Vibe Tibe.

Just needed to add that they do NOT sound like old Infected at all. I have the album, but it has failed to impress me. It's a good album, but the baselines make me crazy. I hate them, so boring so repetetive, so soulless. I still havent listened to the album from a - z .. I just end up changing cd to a better album. Not my cup of tea. Not like old infected.

I can agree to that, thats why it's such a pain to listen to the VERY dancefloor orianted basekicks/lines. Terrible! The album would have been so much better with another aproach on the beats.
BUT, these Bubbles seems tallented, very tallented, no doubt.

It's Liter morning music. Very nice album; some parts are very impressing. Regular full on bass line. Happy music with a big smile

Spacy as in empty or as in .. No, you ment empty. And I agree. It's like when they do turn on their "charm" with wicked synths and melodies, they just dont do it good enough. It all commes out a tad cempty and soulless. But once again, great atlants, just not my cup of tea. I need more effects and a dirtier sound I guess. - Clean, boring album. Hope my mind will change after some real playtime.

So you can call it Minimal full on (i agree)
Hehe and that is a musical paradox.

Empty Melodic Full-On? .. It's not minimal enough to be minimal, and it's to empty to be psytrance
Ok, I listened to the album (well, 3 tracks) last night. Just to see if I could find it to be better then first presumed. And yes, it isnt bad.. I do get impressed. But each time a track finnises. .. My jaw is still in place. it's not on the floor, and I can control my self from grooving hard. Good but bad release. I dont know.

If u want your jaw on the floor, just listen to the misted muppet. bubble is nothing radical. just simple nice music, with clasical elements. blinch-as is the best track on the album.

Yeah, I got the Misted Muppets album. I like it, but it lacks some breathing/thinking space. It's all "go! go! go! go! - The end" But yes, i do like the album. Some wicked tracks on it.

The misted Muppet - spiritual visions
The misted Muppet - the missing sun
That is extreme compressed energy project! And bubble is way more calmer and spacy.
So u need something in-between?
sub 6!
