hi, old time listener.. I was super into this late 90s thru around lateish 2000s.. that's where I really stopped listening and keeping up with new releases etc
I like a bunch of stuff, all sorts really..
right from kino oko/bigwigs to OOOD, Haltya.. as well as some schlabbaduerst and old Parvati records, grapes of wrath.. old demon tea stuff, texas faggot, salakavala .. etc
so what's some of the highlight releases there past few years ? not looking for anything too happy israeli trance anthem like, or, anything too "dark" headache stuff..
even up for some slower chill stuff.. any ultimae records must have releases ?
thanks

Also it might be too melodic for you but the best way to get a great quality taste of the new generation of true Goa is the The Call Of Goa & Colors Of Goa on Timewarp/Ovnimoon Records. The mastering is really nice, gives them a very Goa feel compared to the sometimes overly compressed/clean work of say Tim Schuldt & Oood (not paying out, just my personal opinion)

hello weird anomaly
a nice new way to discover music is to use bandcamp fan collections, there is a list under the "supported by" text where you can check other peoples purchased music, sort of like when you visit a friends home and discover new records on their shelf. it's a great way to explore different streams and tastes.
2 places to start...

http://demontearecordings.bandcamp.com/
have found so much new music using this method, these guys deserve an innovation award.
