In that case where's the bright side ?

First of all .... the bright side has nothing in comune with the dark side because even we meet on the same parties sometimes (weird!!!) we still live in parallel worlds.
And second... we have better things to do than to spend the time on forums in useless
fights 
The only thing that bugs me is that the dark lovers started to belive that everything came from the dark side is psychedelic and everything that came from the "bright" side is not !!! (i'm talking about music)
In few words, they started to use the word "psychedelic" as the opposite of "melodic" which is totally stupid because the term "psychedelic" was used since the beginning of of the trance music as another definition of "goa trance" ! And, we have to remember that at least 80 % of the old "goa" music was melodic and not unharmonic. And it was not just melodic, but sometimes it had very complex melodies and harmony.
Anyway in MY opinion, psychedelic music should take the peoples to a higher state of mind, and not a music that takes the man back to his "animal roots" ! The psy music should give new perceptions to the humans and not to bring to life some animalic or basic instincts like: rage, anger, hate...
Psychedlic music must be a music of evolution, always looking for perfection and complexity... a music like "goa trance" was before.
Maybe i am to nostaligic ....but,i spend the best years of my life on the beaches of Goa in the '90, and, as I see the psychedelic scene today.... I don't think that an "unharmonic noisy music" and some heads full of drugs is a step foreward for the human kind or for out small scene!

indeed it's offensive, still amazed how people like Darius thinks and see, so much anger there so much division, like THEY (lovers of dark) against the others, man and what if you like both sides where do you belong????
what if you don't have this prejudgments about dark, light and so on? i still am going to some parties and fest's cause of this family thing (we are one) which u hardly will find on other types of events.
offcours has dark to do with bright, if there is no dark there would be no light and opposite.
with all the respect to the early 90's goa trance, today if you want you can find and have loads of harmonic and soulfull music and any type and in my opinion much more choice then 15 years ago.
so why so much hate darius?

The time for light died with the true spirit of the original goa trance movement.
Now it is "e" cheese or hardcore eveil and darkness.
