Breaks in a track ..how much is enough ??

The no breaks thing is good when the track is interesting,it is static and dynamic at the same time.In the sense that it is repeating,but there is flow of change in that repeating.Then it feels like you are in the boat in the middle of the ocean,the waves are constant but the boatis slowly moving towards the shore.
The drop and breaks could be when the "main part" has lived its usefulness as trance inducer and story teller.           From all the things I lost,that sandwitch cost me most :)

It's all about going with the flow of the track, that's why it's tricky. Breakdowns are a great tool to keep interest in a track and to emphasize a new sound coming in.           http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound

10min. But still keeps intressting and psychedelic with almost no breaks
none or just one break can give a nice hypnotic flow.
