OMG that's the biggest mothaf*ck!n boar i've ever seen!
True it wasn't good killing it but you gotta admit the kid's got guts..I would shit my pants if i saw that thing running towards me, much less chase it with a pistol!

Do you really think killing (no matter what living being) is something to be proud of?
And do you really think that using a gun when you are just 11 years old is a nice positive sign?

Guts?! using a gun is considered "having guts"? i think using a gun is certainly a sign of NO guts whatsoever.
You have guts when you go face to face with that animal with ur bare hands... but a gun it's just f**** too easy, it doesnt require courage or even understanding of the action you are about to do.

BTW, usually when i eat meat, the animal is dead. How about you?
Next time i want to eat a hamburger, I will make sure that they killed the cow with their own two bare hands. I want the killer of my hamburger to have guts....

Do you have wild boars where you live? We do & they're a fucking nuisance, so much so that the government would pay you if you killed one & cut off its tail to show proof..
These things go around in packs destroy everything, run into roads causing traffic accidents killing people..They're dirty, filthy, disease infected, so yeah even though its a helpless animal i wouldn't be that concerned about it being killed..
As for the guts part, yes you do need em even to go after the small regular sized one's, these things charge you & are not afraid of you & will drive their horns right up your ass if you don't get out of the way..So naturally if you see one that is 20 times the size of a normal one, your first instinct would be to get the fuck out of there even if you do have a tiny pistol..On top of that if you happen to be 11 years old then yessirree in my book you got balls!

I did read your Post "good" as you said, the correlation between someone who hunts and eats their meat to someone who goes and mass kills people is a VERY weak analogy, and about you not eating meat, and being a vegetarian, hey I respect that, but that is a totally unrelated subject. The subject matter was pertaining to this kid, not in being a vegetarian or meat eater no? and are you trying to impose your evil vegan ways on me?

It says the kid chased it for 3 hours... it sounds to me like he worked hard for his catch. I never worked that hard for any steak I ever ate! The kid provided his family with enough meat to last them a long time. If that were my son I would be one proud dad!
The only thing that makes me sad about this story is hearing that it was going to make sausages. I sure hope they are using a good recipe. It would be an atroicty if ribs and the tenderloin at least were not saved seperatly. If not that would be a true tragedy. Oh the thought of those massive, juicy pork ribs bursting with savory flavor, with an ever so delicate crisp of burned marinade!! It makes me feel faint and dreamy just thinking of it!
And yes, I do think that this story is an example of the American dream; it is the essence personal/family self-sufficiency and independence. If more people thought of the American dream as getting together and eating tasty animals instead of controlling the world, the USA would be a way better country!
and my philosophy of food: If you can't reproduce with 'em it's cool eat 'em (In other words, if it is/was alive and isnt a human, it is potential food)

pain does not differentiate between animals and humans BUT am not saying its evil to eat meat , its a food cycle so okay but atleast the animal who loses life for your TASTE BUDS should not be deprived of basic respect of fair breeding ....................... and as in vegitables a lot is grown now a days with the help of vegetable steroids it is unhealthy for everyone so the same goes with meat ................. but " HEY WHO CARES " as long as it is packed in good wrap and You dont get to see the fucked way the butchery goes ..................
Am a turned Vegetarian myself and do respect the human food habits but the way they showed in the docum.....................MAn it is a shame and nothing else and no wit or trikery of words can correct it ASK YOUR SELF .....................
When the basics are not love and respect induced then leave aside world peace n love ......... you are what you eat especially when you know how your meat comes , if it comes like this 
sorry for such emotions but then its me so dont get bothered .  peace n lots of light
And about the boar ........... buddy they are dangerous and do give a ferocious fight even if ur with guns, they charge like mad and the kid is really brave to have killed such a big beast that too with a pistol , normally it has to be atleast a .22 ......... and if missed the kid would have been a sad story

this guy didnt killed him...he just catched him in his home!.....he took him to animals hospital!
in israel never was leopards......this was government project ......they took few leopards and put them in desert area.....!.....
