hey..
i used to mainly listen to psytrance, but now ive been listening to various kinds of electronic music, and breaks definately stand out.
can you guys suggest a few artist or labels that i shouild listen to.

haven't heard anything that would/could

it's not so monotonic like breaks and d&b stuff usually is. it's quirky and full of frookin great beats and efxs. sweet

you should try Adam Freeland, ColdCut (classic), The Rogue Element, Pest, london elektricity, DJ Krush
as for labels check out ninja tunes they are one of the big ones in this style

also haltya, sensient, artifakt have done some wicked breaks tracks |

NB: you might also want to take a look in the Iberican house (Chus & Ceballo)... lots of breaks recently... anyway, almost all new generation of house DJs is using breaks at a point or another (Nic Fanciulli, James Zabiela, even Sasha)

nice...decided to check in here for breaks and found all these names...thanks all
haven't had time yet to check all...
one question tough...are these straight up break beats? i saw some that are defined as psy breaks/nu skool breaks which is the style im more interested, since i find it not so towards drumnbass and it has the elements of more psychedelic music...
