hello there samy 
im filter from psytrance.com.ar, we have a scene since 1994, but one year ago we started making the first parties with international artists, so far Analog Pussy, Neuromotor, Sesto Sento, Jon Om, Hujaboy and Bishop have been around here. all of these artists made an effort to come here and they had a very good time as this scene is very new and fresh.
our economy is shit and the scene is still very under, but slowly people are starting to react, new djs, new artists, more parties, more people coming to parties, so things look pretty nice for the future of our scene
now spring is upon us and we are starting to plan the open air season, small parties outside the city to contrast a little bit with the more massive indoor events we have been doing.
if you want to learn more about our history, please check an article i wrote about the scene in chaishop or intershroom, and you can also check our info page on the trancers guide.
let me know if you come around here, ill be glad to give you a psychedelic tour around buenos aires
