With The Pitch
you can play with B.P.M number

if iam not mistake 0.7 = 1 b.p.m

and u can up it
and down it
for the same b.p.m in the 2 tracks .

cant wait to buy 1 "plata" for my hands.

good luck.

This is only for tracks around 140 bpm... As fas as trance tracks are something between 137-148, 0.7 works pretty good.           LOADING...

YEah.....it will make your life easier in the box.

But i feel....to REALLY keep it real and not lean towards the laptop DJ style.....I do it manually.

More difficult....more REAL.....and i feel better about my set afterwards.....pulling it off perfectly without having to 'cheat'.           Being wicked is AAIIT!

There is nothing wrong with mixing to tracks with the same bpm though if they match each other perfectly. And imo tracks are made in a certain bpm for a reason.....it just sounds right at that speed.

Ill try and post a mix asap btw.....so you can hear whats cooking at crotus headquarters.           Man is the Cruelest Animal!!!!!

like the SMS dude said...
1 bpm its not exactly 0.7 in the pitch...
pitch working on procentage...
its true that for 140+ bpm the pitch is 0.7...
but if you'll try this 0.7 thing on most of the progressive tracks you shuld see its not sooo equal... and you'll start changing to 0.8.....0.9.... and spinning the wheel constantly correcting the bpm in the mix...
so keep noticed to it or you shuld hear driving missfits kicks in the mix... (or "rakavot" like we call this in israel)

the 0.7 thing only works with pioneer players i think.

i dont know about denon or numark or anything else.

but you should only use pioneer products for cds anyways.
