hi

i'm looking for the mathematical formula that relates pitch to BPM change.

for example, calculate the pitch required to change a track from 145 to 146 bpm.

ive searched everywhere and cant find this formula!

thanks!

Sumthing like this ?

http://www.thewhippinpost.co.uk/tools/tempo-pitch-calculator.htm

The formula: n=(1200/log[2]) x log[Td/Ts]

Td = Desired tempo
Ts = Current Sample tempo
n = Detuning (in cents: 1200 cents = 1 octave, tempered scale)

It was actually the first thing the oracle of Google came up with when i entered: "tempo pitch formula"
