HMm... i think you should boost the highmids a bit and please lower the highs as well, just a little the letter "S" kills my ears :0

for vocal , you can goto eq and raise certain mid freq ranges,and maybe a delay in end of the vocal, with sweep and crash entry, suuuuk.tsssssss, basic,its too small to call neway,bom
I would try a very tiny bit less depth on what's modulating the vocals. Seems like a bp, if it is maybe less steep of a slope will allow it to be a little more clear. You could try doubling the track and have a dry version that you could layer in when the parts that are unclear play. For the transition, The water sample being carried over to me makes me remember elements of the intro when the song kicks in. This has me thinking it might work a little easier to let the song take shape from the intro instead of trying to jump away from it so quickly. Since you gave the song some time to build up maybe start with the k&b lp'd (just a little, not like your trying to use this technique as an effect but rather to place the two elements n the background) and set in the back a bit then let them fade in rather quickly instead of just coming on instantly because as it is it has a rather abrupt feeling but the intro is very nice. I hope this may give you some ideas...
