They only released this information at Samothraki about 2 weeks before the festival started, so you can probably think of the same.

I am sitting here in London, and once again the weather is grey grey grey, rain, rain, rain and I am just itching to get to Boom and breathe mountain air and charas....

I read you and I see people who complain about the price. There will be always which will complain... 85€ for 5 days, with water, the showers, the camp-site, the music, like says it kabooki_cat 19 live and 25 DJ. A perfect place, a good sound, many place, surely a large team. All the materiel... I am not on it gains there enormously. Those which does not find that well, that they do better. For the line up, I do not find it badly, one is far from tall the stars, and it is not more badly, return to the sources with artists less known, and a will of creer a community, with the expos, the villages, art, culture etc... The boom is a great festival, tanks its organizers.

Ps : "come back to the roots.....this music donīt need stars or idols.." -> Good spirit

imo it's not about stars or idols .... it's about HIGH QUALITY MUSIC !
i don't say that the projects that are playing are not good ... and everyone here says that they are tired of the big names such as astrix , skazi and co...
but there are many many projects with really high quality music such as ticon, vibrasphere , silicon sound ,freq , triptych , antix , frogacult , sub6 and many many mores that are not just idols or star system musicians, but just amazing musicians with amazing music and a very high level of sound production
in this line up i only see atmos that really stands out, plus also some of the chill live act that also are amazing (abakus, solar fields , water juice..)
i m not saying the others projects are bad music, of course not, but they just don't reach the level of atmos and many others trance projects that are NOT idols or stars
but i think this line is way too night dark psychedelic trance oriented .. and there is not enough room in this line up for others styles of trance.. that s sad...
this just my opinion of course, i hope i won't offend anyone

Yes, maybe the live acts are in this dirtection, not all, Atmos, Space Tribe, Tristan, is not dark music.....and check the djīs.....i think they can do a brilliant work.
I donīt know the opinio of the rest of the ppl, but sometimes is better a good dj than a live act, this is simple, a good dj can choose the tracks, and a live act need play his material....and, YES, i see killers lives, but also, i see very boring live acts...anyway, the matter is the vibe, the music, the feelings......and for sure the ppl go to boom can have a great time partying together, is nothing more than this
