.....no official line up(but the tickets ok?!),no answers for the questions from the organizers,just say blablaterblablasoonblabla......it's a joke?.......not a good thing.....not fair:( |

Well tompolino...if you understood what the festival is about you would not be complaining. BOOM is one of the most amazing experiences you will ever have...the dedication of the crew, the artwork, the decor, the location, the "tribe" they create, the people you meet all add up to the experience. The music is also pretty good too.
If i had the money i would be going, and i do not know the line-up. This festival is about so much more than the music, and if you have the opportunity to go I would take that opportunity my friend.

this is the problem i think...because of the name of the "BOOM" now the crew doesn't care about music anymore...they know already they will have a lot of people...it's sad. |

the point is (and i say this without meaning to cause any offence) that if all the festival is to you is a chance to hear your favourite artists - buy the albums and listen to them at home!
as for me, the last festival i was at (solipse in sa, 2002)blew my mind, not because of the music (as it turned out, some of the 'big names' didn't show), but because of the warm wonderful people, the beauty of the location, the chilling and laughing with my mates, making new friends, being surrounded by natural beauty and the overwhelming and powerful sense of community which i will never forget.
the music just happened to be great as well, but the most fun i had on the dance-floor was when the lesser known and often local acts and djs were playing - i want someone on the decks who's at the party with me, who's part of the community, not someone who's going through the motions so he can pack up his computer at the end of his set, collect his fat cheque and leave...

AgentO, baba, do u wanna teach Tompolino to choose fests or makes decision where 2 go? )) If u don't need lineup - ok, it's just ur life, but here can be ppl for whom it's important for any reasons to know lineup before and the reasons really don't matter - if they wanna know - why not? ;-) |

If you go to BOOM only because of the line up,.. then plz take one of all the other festivals,... BOOM is more than music, it's a lifeform,.. a lifeform a million people can learn some usefull from....

as we have searched on net,we found lot of artist who have been booked
IMHO we know enough from the line up
especially the chill out will be enough good to go there
