Stephen LaBerge is the pioneer researcher in that field. You can look up his "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming", it's got all kinds of information from research about lucid dreams to many examples of different dreams, tips and exercises for lucid dreaming. |

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche: The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep is one I'd definately recommend... this is serious stuff, not the new ageish neo-hippie nonsense that most books are about
