Feedback is greatly appreciated.

Enjoy !

nice

excellent percussion and synth work. the bass is a little bit too clicky but that was only really noticable at the start when not much else was going on. everything else is spot on though, good work

very nice mate
nothing like shuffle to add the groove
also the idea of shorten the sequence phrase is cute.

i would probably add some kinda changes through the bassline somewhere - also i believe the track's too minimal for me

about sound
the begining - there's a drum loop that plays a short note... i would eq its low freqs out.
basicly the bassline is goodz... but I'd like more deepness still. ur desicion

Dudes ! Thanx a lot for the nice feedback on my track.

Trip: i will indeed make some changes to the bassline, esp. at the start of the tune i want to make it a little more minimal and only make it groove like it does now during the lead parts. Also, in about 2 weeks i get new monitor-stands, so i can position my monitors better, i will do a remix then: probably then the bass will also be mixed in a bit deeper.

PsyGoatDelic: The lead is actually a voice-sample that i processed using a chorus/flanger to make it 'ring' like an electric guitar string. The resulting sample was chopped up using a sequencer module in a modded Reaktor 4 ensemble and sent through a limiter, then through Nigel (a guitar amp simulator) and finally eq-ed.

Someone else told me that it would be nice for the track to have a 'hook', or a catchy break or soundsample to make it stick. I'm currently working on it.

Anywayz, thanx a lot for the input. This will certainly make the track better. I'll post it here when it's finished.

Smilez !

disneytrippers -
some great sounds there man. truly psy - and very different from what one usually hears. would love to hear more of your work

unfortunately i wasnt able to really catch onto the tracks "direction". maybe having a combination of sounds that repeats itself and turns into a buildup or two would be a nice addition. hmm, maybe artifakt for inspiration (right foot?).

also as someone else mentioned, maybe some bassline variation. fantastic leads !

can't wait to hear more
keep up the good work

hy there fella

i agree with trip_ when he say that the track is a bit minimal .. need more variation and changes .. althoug the quality is good ,, for the bassline .. add one multi band EQ .. 15 bands maybe .. cut the last 3 bands .. to take of the click on thebassline ..

the kind lead with Fx on it .. need a bit more delay for my tast , the Eq .. give a bit more high freq and soft medium .. take a good part of low freq .. the crash cymbal .. need to be more EQ to many low freq on it .. the wosh sample cut a bit of low freq .. openHat .. put more decay on it and a bit released . also add some melodie to it .. to be more dancable ..

what i can say more the elastik noise .. put more high freq and medium .. attention to low freq ..

and the passage to 5:08 .. strange .. afer that party .. track get a bit bory always the same .. improve more .. tell more story ..

alltough she have a nive quality .. keep going babba

groovy.
It's possible to make it even minimal, but you need a lead for more time. the track is almost 8 min, but you have a lead only from 1:20-5:00. the mix is not bad, but you can do better like others said.           "a new art came into my mind which only you can create, the Art of Noises, the logical consequence of your marvelous innovations."
