Hi Bob
This time, i'm afraid i'm not deeply touched by [RULING VIGILANCE].
Though the rythmics are interesting, i don't hear the bass i love so much in music. Maybe it comes from my speakers which are bullshit on my computer ?
Furthermore, i don't succeed in finding the storyline you express in this track, i haven't been caught for "a one-way trip" ...
