just listened to some samples in a shop
didn't think much of it
very pop ambient
lotsa guitars
what do you guys think?

haha.. I got it in the mail 4 days ago from play.com  .. Beautiful album. Lighter and "fresher" then the others. But still BoC quality :insa3:

To me it's their best album sofar. Even more dreamy and organic than their previous outings. These dudes proof once again that they are the masters in creating utterly beautiful sounds that sound as timeless as nature itself. Music that truly matters  |

I don't know what it is but BOC seems to do something that no other artist has been able to capture for me and that is actaully manifesting this "beautiful place in the country" in my mind. When I listen to some of their music it brings me to a time and place I will never experience first hand. Its almost like a magical, dreamlike place in the 60s-70s or something. I don't know if anyone else feels like this...

couldnt have put what this album makes me feel in a better way ....its sooooo perfect for a rainy day
btw this is the first boc album iam listening to ....can someone recommend other albums frm them or maybe other artists who have a similar sound??

iam sooo in love with campfire headphase!!! ....its been ages since ive wanted to hear the same cd over and over again .....its been almost 4 days now and its still in my player ..... I must have heard "oscar see through red eye", "satellite anthem icarus" and "Dayvan Cowboy" atleast 30 times each over the last 72 hrs ....
the only thing i didnt like about the cd is the ambient fillers that mostly dont make sense to me ....but whatever, they dont overshadow the real tracks in any sense at all ....
>>any idea if there are other artists/bands who are making such music ??
