I think Master Margheritas reaction was just because of the way Bluetech chose words in the text, which Master Margherita quoted. This text really sounds a bit weird, to be honest. It sounds like "look at me, I have everything. Now I am so fantastic, to do something that is altruistic." Well, thats of cause just a perception of the Bluetech-text and I am sure, that it is not the way he meant it
I like the idea of this album and will deff. check it out. Thanx |

Actually, if you read the text with a bias, you could perceive it that way. If you read it as an acknowledgement that I'm honored at my success, and now want to give something back, it reads entirely differently.
bandcamp is taking an extremely reduced percentage since its a fundraiser |

man, you sound like a hipster douche. he's not making a "glorious wank", he's just being honest with the public about his career and intentions...why are you so butthurt about it? i don't see you releasing any albums for charity...
or maybe you're just upset that if you did indeed release an album for charity, only 20 people would buy it and the rainforest would owe you money for the loss?

It's a shame you choose to reply only to the negitve stuff. There are a lot of people in this forum who love and support what you are doing, and thankful about it, as I mentioned in the first page
I can see why you are not coming here more frequently. This forum is a bit hostile lately, but there are still nice people here as well
I know you don't need more "likes" but it's still important for me to say
Cheers !

Sadly Charity releases are not appreciated in this scene (nor are political statements) unless it's some eternal free Tibet thing. I know. My last charity CD was mocked by illegal trade and threats to be beaten the shit out of because it happened to be support to Lebanese children.
Bluetech continue what you do and ignore the haters!

"Elementary Particles + Prima Materia" and "Sines And Singularities" are really good albums. "Phoenix Rising" and "The Divine Invasion" were mediocre... "Love Songs To The Source" was REALLY bad and "Rainforest Reverberation" was nothing special... Hardly any quality nutrition for the soul to be found in Bluetech's latest albums. I'll give the last one a re-listen though.

In my opinion 'Love Songs to the Source' is a beautiful album. Don't have it yet, but listened to it a few times on bandcamp, and loved it.
Together with 'Sines and Singularities' and 'Elementary Particles & Prima Materia' it's his best work in my opinion.

I do have Love Songs to the Source , and it is a beauty. Doesn't quite have the same punch as some others, but doesn't seem like it is meant to either. Sunny music for sunny days.
Rainforest Reverberation seems to me to bring together the best of everything. It has punch (whatever I mean by that) and the warmth of Love Songs... . A fully rounded body of work. And engaging too. |

I think that it's very refreshing to see an artist that is not obsessed by fame and recognition.
Keep up the good work
