The note you're playing is very low it sounds like you hi-passed it too hi for the fundamental frequency you're playing. What note is it and where did you hi-pass it?
Try lowering the hi-pass frequency of the EQ/low cut filter, or put an extra oscillator an octave higher and mix it in enough in order to get some actual bass going on.
If you absolutely have to use this bass patch as it is, then try a longer tail kick, or layer an 808 like kick to do some work in the low end, cause the tune is lacking in the low region.
This style is more solid for me, but have a listen to some Midimilliz/Spirralianz/The Delta to get an idea of where you could do with some creative distortion usage. And bring some synth lines in, too empty so far, but the foundation of building a nice tune, is there.

Ill tel you the truth .. We made this track 6 years ago at 2005 Winter time , Dark , Rainy night (clouds get in if you open the window ..) . Think there is an kind of R Bass and Tau Pro Vst , Hehe .. I dont realy remember . We made this on my very old computer P4 And i dont know realy where he is .. Maybe dismantled somwhere deep in the sea in the global world garbage , And sharks are keeping on this wav 32 b project forever .. R.I.P
I just find him 2 days ago on a Cd 320kbps .
