Happy birthday ;-)

I would advice Arturia, Nexus is untweakable and boring imo...           http://soundcloud.com/aedem

thx:)
Yes you are right.I was brainwashed by the Nexus homepage.....
At the Moment Im stealing the Saw waves from the Jupiter 8v Demo for my Basslines and it sounds realy fat. Also the pads are nice but only selfmade.

Is there a FactoryBank from the original Jupiter inside?

nexus is one of the coolest toys tho...
untweakable exept filter envelope and delay/reverb but still the original recordings in it are FAT and awsome.. somewhat like trilogy.. sampler shaped like synth , but the presets sound usualy very very good

Happy Birthday man!!!

Massive takes up an awful lot of cpu power, apart from that it still is one of the absolute favorites in my collection, an awesome synth...

i like nexus
yeah in a way it is limited but if you got other plugins and you further process the signal, chop it and whatnot, its just as good or better as other stuff,
if guys like depeche mode made dope records on old stuff and very limited at that time how can't you now, so don't let the bad talk bout nexus spoil ya, its a great synth and if further processing its grade A... IMHO,
Deyan
try the demos only u can decide but don't let the bad talk bout nexus push u aside,
