I did 8 month one hour every days a programm from centerpoint research in binaural beats.
I think it's very powerfull....it's push urs brain to be in some low frequencies....this one of the deep relaxation first the theta waves and then this one of the dream the delta waves....it's a very good way to be in contact with our unconscient...to be aware of what's going on inside us.... |

But I was not speaking about I-Dosing....after for sure you can creat diferents effects by choose wich frequency u hear in the headphone..... |

Do you think psy is a form of binaural beats, as the bass with a delay causes sound to pass from left to right ear, the kick acts as a central point and different forms of saw are being circuited around the brain?

i dont think u understand that binaural beats is just something different.
and the magical thing about it is that it works with headphones.
nothing to do with psy u could use it in psy.
i say psy is better but i like ur thinking

the point of binaural beats meditation is with headphone....and 2 keep in each ears 2 diferentes frequencies with a specific diference betwenn each....por exemple to be in theta state u need to have between 5 and 8 hertz of diference between the 2 ears....and yes you can do that on any style of music but it's need headphone to have an effect!.....boooom |

You should try them all then.
I've got pretty much every dose ever made, some of them do absolutely nothing(including the so called "super powerful" doses).
However, a few of them seriously mess with my mind, and there are a few that are guaranteed to put me to sleep, and a few that put me into a trance until it ends, and them I'm a bit wierd for a few hours.
Apparently the trick is to actually train your brain to focus on the sounds, helps pull your brain into the right frequences.
Its similar to meditation.

binaural beats require headphones..
monaural beats do not require headphones..
isochronic tones even don`t require headphones..
and if you say psy is kind a binaural beat your not completly wrong. since the basic kick patter is an isochronic tone but you need to pitch the isochronic tone even on the right frequency..
google the terms monaural beat , binaural beat and isochronic tone..
