do you mean that if more people had bought the music and not downloaded it, he would have got the money (damn, hexed past perfect)?
then i have a better idea, its time for this step anyway.
I give all artists connected to trancemusic the holy advice to stop producing/releasing/acting music for one year from now on. the djs can go on, let the people feel that they killed the freshness

sad you guys keep this thing going on. Why don´t you send him a e-mail telling you wish he recovers from his bankruptcy and hope you can work together in the future? This would the most surprising thing to him, it would take him aback.
And, uh, I live in Japan but I AM not a Japanese, thanks God. If I was Japanese I would have suggest you to go into real war against him - Japs love a war.
