Look at parties, there are lot of junkies. Most people never have been on a party without drugs. They always use drugs at parties and lot of them smoking dope everyday, some use speed often all days.
And u are right drugs are on all parties, but at psytrance parties are a LOT of drugs always, and a lot of people that see the parties as a 'who can take the most' competition.
