better chopper plugin

Hi all!
Well... going directly to the point, so I don't waste your time more than I'm already doing, I've being looking for a chopper plugin wich has got more options... maybe some randonomic speed and enveloping in someway... (I use cubase... there are 2 chopper plugins but I think they lack features...) maybe you know a place where its possible to find such a thing...
