ya it was quite nice  though it only got better from there... specially when the music actually turned into psy.
ya 1997 was a really good year... so was 2001. this is in terms of music...
but in terms of the overall scene in Goa, its hard to say...

I started partying at the age of 14 I think (1997), not quite as young, but it was the first scene that I ever started in and thank goodness I never got into any other.
So its always been trance for me from the beginning of my teenage years. Partying with my mom and my bro at parties where there were only a few 100 people. Music was insane and the effort that people put into the party was so amazing. Dressing up and the decor design 
So fantastic and I will never look back

I vote for 1997 too... I started late late in 97, but a lot of great music was released in that year |
