How to Connect with NAS to Play Blu-ray movies? Can NAS Drives support Blu-ray movie playback? If not, how can i convert Blu-rays for playable with NAS?

How to Convert Blu-ray to H.264 MKV for Playing on Plex Media Server
Step 1: Load Blu-ray movies
Install and launch Blu-ray to MKV/MP4 Converter, and then click the disc icon to import your source movies to this program. Set your wanted subtitles and audio track from the drop-down box of “Subtitles” and “Audio” tab.
Step 2: Select an output format

How to Convert Blu-ray to H.264 MKV for Playing on Plex Media Server
Step 1. Import Blu-ray movies
