Yeah! People using tons of top expensive synths.
I'm proud of owning plugins. It's an amazing feeling when I open them. I think: this one is mine!
Don't know why but I'm more productive with original stuff!

I don't have moral outrage against cracks, but it does make you more productive to not use cracks just because its making a commitment to the synth.
Its like if making music was like getting married, your not going to find your wife by sampling a bunch of cheap whores at a brothel. At some point you have to jump and make the commitment.
With that said to me there is reaktor and then some other synths that are good for making bass lines because reaktor doesn't have the snappiest envelopes in the world. Reaktor destroys everything else once you know your way around it.
Absynth would be pretty top notch if NI hadn't ruined it with the stupid kore browser..Absynth 3 to me is much better than 4 and 5 because its so much easier to save what you program..while kore browser is for playing presets. |

For some reason the cheap whore method described above sounds a lot more appealing.
Although a better example might be an orgy house, since even for a cheap whore you have to pay something.
Unless you equate internet and rapidshare accounts with monthly dinner date bills/whore fees.
Although I'd marry a synth with a built in coffee maker in a snap!

Everything I have been doing up till last week was done entirely using Logic synths.
Was feeling a bit depressed so I went shopping, got Albino 3 for 149 euros. Main reason, the filters (great resonance in most types, the 12dB/8ve high pass is absolutely killer!), teh raw oscillator sound, and the myriads of spectral waveforms for them weird psychedelic patches.
My depression is gone

haha...I guess that is why I love reaktor though..If i could find a woman like reatkor I might actually consider getting married instread of jumping around with "cracks".
