Perhaps Madshifta or Pitchproof is a simple solution to "tune your audio pitch"...

i think he means how he can change the sample note
for example if note on G# Then change it to A using VST.

if this what you searching then you can use any sampler instrument like
1. native instruments kontakt

or even you can put some effect to change the Pitch
you have on all DAW free vst to change pitch down or up

like this one
