lol i see many ppl asking for many plugs for mastering etc , and ultra heavy stuff , they said they use and they made they'r master , but i believe honestly that , 50% of u doesn't use such things  its only bullshits , this kind of sotfwares is not only adding to the channel mixer. must understand them firsst before saying this shits , i want to master my track etc and i master my track . a good master is only in a good studio , and the rest are only proximities..
so think a while

well... i agree than plug ins not only what you need to master you need a great monitoring systems, experience, trained ears and a deep knowledge of the industry...
also notice that mastering is media dependent: not the same for mp3, cd, radio, tv, etc...
but i see no problem in begginers trying and learning... since it may take many years to achieve professional level, earlier you start, the better...
just beware of all-in-one wonders, automatic mastering software and fake dogmas...
also... you shoudn't be mastering your own mixes... ask someone else to do it

sy000321 when i want a MASTER i take all the tracl to a studio with somebody that have full knowledge about mastering ,
one thing is mastering , one thing is making a good mix , and for a good mix eq and compresseur is more than enough.
what i wanted to say in my previous post to some ppl , is that , first learn some teoric then pass them the practice

yes, but i don't have money to pay studio, nor i want a 'profesional' mastered track for a preview while djing it.
So it makes no sense darkspy, and of course can u learn how to fatten up ur tracks with a little bit of limiting.

Here's a little rhyme i know:
In a track there's no quick fix;
Simply: it's all in the mix!
If all you want to do is spin it,
Open up the track and limit.
Unless you are a mastering pro
There is no need to have a go...
