What do u mean .. ? Didt got your point .

You want to buy a keybord 1 or virtual synth for
your producing program ? explan you self . What
is a 'Happy melodies' .. ? You creat the happynes
and not the machine , This is coming from inside
of u . If you mean Vst .. There is many that can
bring you that feeling of good waves and warm
tone . Try .. LegacyCell , Cube , Fm7 , Docota ...
All of them and more will give ya the answer .

If you mean outside keybord .. I dont think is
matter what u use . Sometime is better not to go
& jump to high , Slow .. Think .. Check prices .

But again , I dont think is metter .. You make the
music not the tools u use for , Sure it help but u
are the man behind the all story . Im using 'Pro-
Keys Miditech Studio 2' By Steinberg company
for almost 2 years and belive me man .. Its 100
and enough . Think well .. And good luck with
your selection . Have funn .. ! .

I agree with Cardinals Carttel....
good post...

but if you really want a hardware synth and you dont have any i would check around some... its strange how synths ends up in our possession... sometimes you just go by hunch and sometimes you listen carefully and take good time to choose....

im pretty happy with my choice of hardware synth.
next to arsenal will be a X-station probably...
which is a midi controller.. hehe
thanks to Adrenal Mode for giving it heads up!

Hi again, i was talking about a analog synth, hardware, i know it is up to you, you make it happy or not deppending on you or your state of spirit at the time, etc.. But i was talking about the sound of it, leads arps, etc i dont know if i explain it well...
Another thing thats true its that if you really know what you are doing you can make a good track with any synth, so its dificult to answer.
Anyone have a Ti Polar and can tell me that it's very happy with it or something
Peace

i'm really in doubt about indigo or polar :s
if the difference of price 2º, and the difference of the sounds 1º, worth it... thank you

all virus ti are good and nice sounding synths !
but if you are new into music making i would suggest investing on some vsti first to learn the basic principles of sound design and then if you realy feel like you missing something go for a hardware synth!
vstis like zeta+ or blue comes very close to the virus soundand will cost you 1/5 of virus price!

There is no such a thing as the best synth. There many different synths that are all good in their own way. Virus without doubt is one of the good ones. You can make happy melodies with right about any synth out there.

If you have the money, I'd choose TI over Indigo 2 because it's more flexible and powerful. But many people still have big problems with TI, such as syncing, that may make the synth unusable.
