I think the whole South African thing is brilliant... I think Rinkadink and Protoculture are the most consistently good producers. Phyx, Artifakt and Shift are really good as well. I'm surprised that Hydrophonic hasn't been mentioned in this - they're making some wicked music. And The Electric Ant too... It's all amazingly good music and I can't wait to visit SA again...

I agree, Hydrophonic from Nano is also very good.
There's just so many other SA artists who are really excellent, which we sometimes just forget to name, eg...Hydraglyph, Razzmataz, Twisted System.

1- Protoculture
2- Shift
3- Broken toy

5- Rinkadink
*I also know that other artists are producing good music...the whole SA scene is brilliant!!! (as Elvenlights said...and well)

IF you guys were here in SA....u too would get the feeling that TRANCE is gonna be big here.

Shift has obvoiusly surpassed the potential and his music is rocking it all over the world
One always knew Damage had potential and now they too are making some rocking music
again to reeterate
way to go the music coming from south africa is killer and we can only wait for the next track and then the next

I like Rabdom L, Xatrik, Phyx, Artifact, Damage, Shift, Twisted System and Bent Sentient. Can't pick out anyone of them. |

So far I have to say Bent Sentient has the sound I enjoy most from the South Africans. Solid, powerful, yet accessible sound. "Liquid Launch" on Vibraspirit23 is a perfect track. |

Protoculture-Rinkadink-Damage-and for sure the revelation of the year 2003 Mr James Copeland with BROKEN TOY(side project of damage)...
I don´t know more projects but i believe in Sud Africa they are excellents projects for sure...
