Echo Audiofire 2

oh, i see its not available anymore, hm..was pretty cool, maybe the Echo 2 then, not sure how that one actualy behaves, but could be worth a look.

the Echo Audiofire 2 had/has a great sound, quite big dynamic range and good signal to noise ratio, also balanced signal flow. I expect nothing less from the Echo 2, but didn`t compare yet.

Other stuff to look at would be Apogee Duet or RME Babyface..

just nothing by m-audio           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

thks suloo .

echo 2 looks interesting .
apogee is only for mac users ,i m on pc .
rme babyface looks good but is an expansive one .
my reserches lead me to 2 choices .

first of all does anyone know if this one as a great sounding as well ,cause it s very cheap ;
Alva nanoface ....really tempting ....
then more expensive is the focusrite forte .

any feedback on thoses 2 cards ?

I travel with my MOTU Microbook 2 and am very happy with it! Good AD/DA conversion, small and stable driver!           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

motu microbook 2 is the best.
Forte is nice, but it requeries more power then microbook, with forte you also need a big cable for inputs.
Microbook has onboard DSP - EQ, so you can tune it exactly for your headphones/ears
