Orbital is not from Scandinavia and it is not a chill out project... They are from the UK, and sadly they are releasing their last album in June...
Biosphere from Norway is one of the best chill out/ambient projects I know from Scandinavia...

Yes - Orbital are from the UK.
But Orbital Peace, are Lauges project (and therefore Scandinavian!)

the chillout tracks from Miranda Silvergren
are just amazing!!!
especially the track U ARE ALONE
from her album Norhtern Lights, one of the best chillout tracks ever IMO |
