best sample rate?????

hi...i have a rme 9632 and i usually make musik at 24 bit/44100 ...but my card can reproduce till 192 khz,for you what is the best frequency to make musik with more sound quality???

Id say record in 24 bit 44.1 khz. There are more important aspects than samplerate. Just dont go below 44.1 khz. |

I don't quite understand how people can change the sample rate above 44100 ??
Because when I go above this rate it effects the pitch of evreything.
and if you go below this rate you are just degrading the sound..
what am i missing when it concerns working with sample rate?
I understand the dithering down from 24bit etc.. but i don't understand the rest like changing 44100..etc.. |
