couldnt agree more with you... the scene here in mexico has become extremely mainstream (every kid wants to see skazi and gms or talamasca) ,, and belive that makes the scene decline.. hopefully the trend will pass soon and the people wo really have a love for trance will stay...

Oh, sorry superfly I got some old pics in my pc, problem is that I don't have a place on the net to upload them, but I'll try to do it as soon as possible.
Zatala, I belive Acid Oz was a disastrous party because it was one of the first parties where people entered by force in such a way, that for me that wasn't a party, but more like a medieval fortress under siege.
Lot's of people got injured, guardian dogs were killed, security was throwing gas and many people couldn't breathe inside the party, and add to that people under the influence of some psychedelic drugs, phew, I saw many people going into a mental crisis that night.

Right, it was present before, but that day hell really collapsed into the party, in my opinion.
I guess when the first morning rays appered things went really much better maybe that's what your are talking about, at dawn with alien project and then the auricular versus dj set was also very nice  , but the night was something I'll never forget, and not because it was something cool and memorable for sure...

Barum festival has the best one , just to see the same day GBU and Deedrah was insane!!

parties i remember many killer ones but this are the best festivals that i have experienced
Aca World Sound Festival 1 (2000)
MARAAKAME (2001)
TIME N SPACE pt 1 (2002)
Tierra Magica 1 & 3 (2002-2004)
GOA Sounds 2 (2004)
 those are my personal favorites but Maraakame definetly was the most psychedelic experience of my life !! LOL
this 2006 is promising a big step forward with stuff like time n space , equinoxio, and beat on the beach !!!

Hello
Was traveling in Mexico 2001, so i had the chance to go to Maraakame, and the grove and the power from the people and of course the sound system ;-), was fantastic. And GMS, buuuhh, never will forget that set, DJ Tristan was just flying .
