i was not having a bad day, where is this boris from isratrabce from 7 years ago who made the most ridiculous festial i have eer seen in the world and ran away with the money leaving all the tents and artists? i would like to great him once in life before i die
and dont even mention the whole money to be paid to mushroom mag and anyone else. where is this boris?
and btw he did not even need help of the natives, he just wanted to collect the money and ran away. what is this, i dont know. but i will say to him hello once in life before i die. |

i was just curous and i thought that this part of the forum is a nice place to ask what actually happened there sever years ago. and i think it is not necessaary to send a pm, i think he would appear if it is needed. what happened man, why did you dissapear like that at those days? i actually never got an idea why. i remember onl that it was advertised for long time in isratrance and there was a separate section even and then i remember that after the festival i lost my interest to read isratrance. so i dont really knoe and never read why it went like that....
but anyway it was a magical happening. i loved the israeli people at that festival, there was so many of them!!!!!!!!! i remember a chai shop girl, well i guess she is a woman nowadays...it is a long time..it was nice....

Isratrance is not really owned, as it is not a company.
It was started by ShivaS & myself. Along the years many have joined in the effort to run this place and community, many have contributed, and many have left. You can say, though, that it's ShivaS, Iluha and myself who run the show, and it's definitely Full On who keeps this forum alive.
Just to make things clear about Expo2002-
Isratrance was not part of the organization of the festival, just took part like many labels did, or Mushroom Mag (and did not get paid, mostly)
Boris worked there as the booker, independently of the rest of his life, or his voluteering here in Isratrance (like everyone else), he never got paid for his work by the organizers, and on top of that worked his ass off for months afterwards and paid from his own pocket the organizers' debts to people because he felt bad and responsible (even though he wasn't).
I can count on one hand the number of people I know in this scene that are as honest as Boris (and I know A LOT). If half the people in this scene were half as honest and respectful and stood behind their words like him, you woudn't recognize it.
You did a big wrong here girl. Shame on you. I believe an apology is due. And quick.
