I have absolutely no experience in this area, but a lot of talented producers use Izotope Ozone suite...off the top of my head I know Electrypnose and Axis Mundi both use it and sings its praises

I use Sound Forge for my mastering, and a chain of about 15 plugins. If your aim is to make music sound as good as it possibly can, I would never recommend an all-in-one mastering plugin, as I feel that well-chosen individual plugins for each mastering task will give a better result. If you just want to give your tracks a quick level boost before you play them out, then go ahead and use Ozone or T-Racks or whatever, but personally I reckon there's no point in compromising quality at any point in the process.
