It is a trend that huge population of israelies move all over the world at this time of year,like here in india the number of israeli visits are so many that we have a states economy depending on thier arrival.So india(goa) is a Party Destination place for this season,which are the other places that israilies go to at this time..?

Many israilies go to south amercia, Australia, less in europe i guess...
as you said, India..many israilies go there but not all of them are coming back...
