Yup, I think it is Twisted System...
My best is in a Joti Sidhu track that he played at the Prism... I can't remember exactly what it said... buyt something about having "reeeaally loooong arrmms"

"Dis is a illegal gathering you have 5 minutes to disinergrate" is from twisted system - disrispekt. the line is from the movie stander its when the cops are moving into soweto to stop a demonstration and the big afrikaans cop says it. that whole song has samples from that scene
