well, since there is no mention of swiss, i assume that any music artist on which ever party you've been gonna do the job, but let's keep it psytrance. of course you can just mention swiss acts, if you think they were the BEST... and i'm proud to say that we do have some fine ass swiss producers/djs who are receiving global respect and support for their musical contribution.

QED (TurboTrance, legendary set @ bellaluna)
Noa (Nandan, my fav twisted/dark man)
Eyal Yankovich (hommega, he's da man who creates trends)
Martin (Mikrokosmos, phat clubprogessive made in swiss)

hehe, just take the "foreigners" out and you got my top swiss artists ... cool, that puts me on rank 4 of the dj list 
as for the producers, i nominate:
YAB YUM (Peak)
LIQUID SOUL (Iboga)
