I dont know about best chill label in Isreal but I know abouth the best chill artist :

I don't think there are too many dub chill out labels in israel to be talking about best one.
Yoyo records released a few chill out projects.
check out all the israeli chill out releases -
it's not about labels... it's more about artists as guy said at this point in our lives in israel.
Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

Well, currently there is only one chill out label in Israel, and that's Aleph Zero- Shulman's label- expect a new compilation in the spring and another one plus a new Shulman album later this summer.
There are of course other labels who has released chill out- Phonokol, BNE & Hommega.
As for what the future holds, you can expect later this year also chill compilations from Hommega & Bionics, being compiled as you read by your humble servant, myself.
Also I know that Asherun@Dance N Dust has started making one.
So things look nice...

about shulman--isn't shulman releasing only shulman?

I'm wondering why BNE stopped the Future Sound of Ambient serie... I used to believe it was one of the most interesting when I started enjoying chilled beats..
Superb selections..
U may reply me : "hey dude check the "life is" serie !!"
Thank you I know it... But it's far more loungey oriented in the whole. (And the first one is still the most exciting)
