How about we vote for best cd covers?
I think that the TIT series were good, but too bad that the concept was chewed stepped on and spitted from all possible sides. Also the SST covers are nice. :-)
Any ideas here people? |

I liked that Juno Reactor album cover (don't remember the name of the album :()
Black - openlike - CD box, with a little 'book' of pictures. Just instead of listening to the music I stand there looking at the damn cover :)
Another cool cover was this double CD compilation (I don't remember its name either!) and there was this alien on the picture (what's so special? ). The special thing was the 3D effect on the cover which looks like the cover has a bottom - but there wasn't any bottom :( - cheaters!
voting CD covers is difficult anyways - jusy share ideas :)

I like the Machina Electrica and Fornax Chemica Cover. All the lines leading to the center of the guys bidy, then you realise that they're holding open his stomach, you get repulsed, then for some reason your eyes catch the horrified face in the background. Another good one (in fact one of the best for acidised moments was the RTTS Shamanic Trance - Mark Allen Cyberphunk.
My All time favourite for just plain whacky with hidden images...

From what I got in the last year;
Juno Reactor- Shango, Skydancing- Nada Masala vol. 1, Sandman- Psychtoons, BLT- Presence, Israeli Flip on Henfield.
But the best of the best was certainly Shotei Hanevua (Israeli band- not trance)- the most beautiful, psychedelic, complex and interesting cover.

On my point of view the best covers are:
Iboga's Ethnobotany & Tryptomine
they r really interesting and brings a bit of pure design into trance art. |

look KOSHEY,collorfull its mustnt be somethink like all the CHAKROT or other psy cover shit.take the GREAT UKNOWN by KOXBOX,MELT by TARSIS or BRAINSHOWER by OUIJA and u will see realy nice,color,smart covers.minimalizm in cover disign i like too,but u know i like cover of SPACE TRIBE(SPIRIT ZONE)very much.realy colorfull and bombastic design. |
