No doubt about it: Ypy Poty ! (I think itīs a bit unfair comparing this one to other parties...It was in another league, one of its own !!)
As for one day parties...Last Decemberīs Tribe. Orionīs live & Jeanīs dj set were amazing. |

best festival of 2002 ?
it was 2 : Universo Paralello 2001 TO 2002 and 2002 TO 2003 ahhahahahahahahha
Seriously, i went to the carnaval, trancendence, enygma, ..and many other parties here, .......STILL
DIDNT GET TO SEE ANYTHING LIKE THAT KIND OF EVENT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!!!
NOT ONLY ...the music
NOT ONLY ... the ppl
NOT ONLY ... the places
i guess .. a MIX of all that x 2002 !!!!!!!

Hahaha . Best party for me centanly was Orion and Freakadelic . for sure, absoluntly ... ok... itīs true that the neigbourhood was not so good but the place ( dance floor ) . was realy nice. The trees around then gives a special atmosphere... Not strong sun but , not so cold too. normal . Good sound system .. and during the afternoom had a special progressive sound moment

that was not daime dj that was DJ P_Mac from GOOD MOOD / KETUH RECORDS Portugal , who you also probably can remember as the paramedic.
YES WE HAD A GREAT TIME and i hope there will more ypypotys like that one-

that track has a long history, came from india, from a traveller who kind of "remixed" the " no woman no cry" by BOB, and its a few years old. i think he has been jamming it aorund india on his guitar.
unfortunately the cd where we had it got destroyed by the brasilian humidity, and ever since we have been trying to get it again...
that track worked its magic in the festivals last year where P_Mac played it, and always got the same reaction! goa vibes....

Plz...bear it with me and let me off-topic just a little, but still on the Ypy Poty subject: Among all parties Iīve been to, if I was to illustrate Respect on a Psy party, the snapshotīd be P_MAC helping a fellow trancer. And to illustrate the feeling of being in one of those parties, the picture should be P_MAC playing that BOB rmx...Of course, with his live audio as a soundtrack. Unforgettable by all means ! |
