in my opinion
I would give top spots at this ranking to guys like Baphomet Engine(BRA), Megalopsy(ARG), Audiopathik(MEX). And would give plenty of credit to newcoming acts that boil with talent like Neo Vox(BRA), Cannibal BBQ(BRA), Kashyyk(MEX), The Galactic Brain(MEX) and I
And in other genres there are far too many good artists, speaking of minimal, progressive or techno.

some real good stuff

Mexico
check out the psycomex label, and the progressive sound they have is very good as well Iboga mexico |

Megalopsy from Argentina has killer tracks and I like the work of Savina (aka Yara like producer)from Venezuela with really good tracks in some compilations, both of them more into night twisted music. |

The best of South America?? Hmm.....
The whole dark prisma crew... personally for me the best ever to come out of South America ( Megalopsy,Frantic noise,Pandoras box,pragmatix,heterogenesis )
