Does Finland count as Scandanavia? I think so. So Kiwa are in.
Otherwise, I'd say there's too many... so hard to say who's "the best". But if I had to, I think I'd have to say Texas Faggott / Mandalavandalz, followed closely by the Vicious Spiral |

most of my favourites come from scandinavia....really amazing music being produced up north,no doubt about it!!!
Phony Orphants were able to take me deep into another world in a night i'll never forget,musically the best party I've been to!
Son Kite(Genius!!!),Noma(vacuum is a unique track!!),Human Blue,Ticon,Orion,Beat Biarre (just LOVE Pandora's Groove Box!!),Vayishyas, Chromosome & Kluster (excellent surprise when I first heard them)Logic Bomb,Kox Box,S-range,Fabel...
come on,what's there not to be liked about scandinavian based producers?hehehehe

This is a tough one...ok maybe:
Finland:
This is hard...they're making music little too "spugedelic" atmosphere so it sounds bit silly...and there's no melodic stuff from Finland at all! But my vote goes for TEXAS FAGGOTT!
Norway:
Are there artists/projects from there??
Well if I remember right, half from RA is norwegian (I really don't remember the guys name...)or it's even possible that RA is completely norwegian...?....well there goes my vote anyway...
Iceland:

Denmark:
I really don't like music from Denmark that much... ....this time vote goes for KOXBOX. Do I have to explain myself...?...I thought so...=)
Sweden:
Sväärje, Sväärje, Svärje...from there comes best acts of Scandinavia: Hux Flux, Miranda, Logic Bomb etc. etc.

i would have to stay classic and say Logic bomb and far beyond everybody else, they fucking rock hard

kiwa and son kite (and most of the
digital structures -stuff). my prayers were
answered when they performed at the same
party in the kiwa album release party
in helsinki last february.
