i would actually have to be honest and say Scandanavia has the largest haven of the most amazing artists i have ever come across.  u know each country has its few musical gems but this section harbours the most amazing talent in abundance. 
my list is endless but here goes, the ones i can write offhand :
cujorius one <words cannot describe how good their music is>
tegma <the be all and end all>
krumelur <less is definatley more>
vibrasphere <too beautiful to explain>
son kite <need i say more?>
etnoscope <yummy>
shaman <mmm tribal>
ticon <mammoth hunters, the ultimate>
genetic spin < just recently found out about them, damn glad i did>
your artists rock Scandinavia, amazing and inspiring

i have to agree that we have some of the best, but that´s becouse i´m kind of into that rainy, foggy, creapy and at the same time very warm sound that we are blessed with here.
but that´s just a drop in the sea of the enormous plate of nice music the world has to offer:)
so i´ll have to say that some of my favourites are:

Cujorius One(!)
Llopis
you allways tend to forget, and it hits you later "damn, how could i forget" but lists just grows bigger by the time.
