Here is what I understad from the second sample, that starts around 2:20.
Reality as we know, is created by something that is itself nothing to the earth, but its architectonic...
Something that is the abstract flag, the abstract template on which reality might be constructed.
That abstract template just is the realm of nothing, hence the divinity of nothing.
Everything in bold I think to be wrong.
Please help me to correct it, and also finding the source would be great. The first sample wouldn't hurt as well.
You can find the sample here:

Thanks!

Hi full_on!
Here's the full sample text:
"The Pythagoreans placed great stress on the first four positive integers in the Greek the Tetractus. One, two, three, four. Just four positive integers."
"Reality as we know it is created out of something that is itself not material, but is architectonic for all that can be material. Something that is the abstract plan, the abstract template on which reality might be constructed. And that abstract template just is the realm of number, hence the divinity of nothing."
"What is a rectilinear triangle anyway?"
I don't know the source either :-(
"I acknowledge the privilege of being alive in a human body at this moment, endowed with senses, memories, emotions, thoughts, and the space of mind in its wisdom aspect." |

Hi, full_on, I have an update that will be of interest to you!
I have discovered the source of the samples in this track if you still need them.
They are from a lecture by Daniel Robinson called "Pythagoras And The Divinity Of Number" from an audio book called "Great Ideas Of Philosophy" by The Teaching Company.
"I acknowledge the privilege of being alive in a human body at this moment, endowed with senses, memories, emotions, thoughts, and the space of mind in its wisdom aspect." |
