you could use the following simple techniques to start with if your MIDI note is a long stretched note that you want to bend:

automation : Pitch
automation : Pitch + Lfo

You can also add efx like phaser / flanger and automate your volume control to add more depth to a rising / falling, detuned tone

Bounce your synth's sound to audio, load it into a sampler and pitch-bend it through the sampler?..

On any FL native synth, you can right-click a knob to create an automation for it. However it doesnt do it with external VST's.

What you need to do is move the knob you want to automate slightly, then go to the Tools menu, and go to Last Tweaked, there is an option there to create an automation clip.

Also, there is a special note in the piano roll that does pitch bends without having to automate, but again, it only works on FL native synths.

One thing about FL I always loved, the piano roll. Awesome work they did with it. So easy to use, and effective. I think they should incorporate the automation clips with it though.            E-KLIPSE Trance Productions

just to add to what was mentioned above..

there is a lil small triangle on the left hand side of the piano roll(in pink colour i think)..just click on this and then draw a note over the already played or drawn notes(in th piano roll)...

this automatically pitch bends the exisiting note..th higher u draw the note the more it bends and vice versa..
try it out ..it works out on samples loaded in to fl sampler as well..

but remember this works only in native fl vsts like 3xosc ,wasp, sytrus ...etc ..

i know hope u can understand my explanantion..

+1
by bounce, he means record to wave.
this is how that bass was done; http://forum.isratrance.com/how-do-they-make-this-bass/
also the the wave was sliced shorter on some notes. and left longer on others.
