Hello, im thinking on buying one of these monitors for budget and size reasons, can anybody tell me wich one is better??

I suggest you go and listen to both of them - decide what sounds best to you...

i got the behringer truth active and they are total value for money ... and btw many professional artists use behringer truths
if u want to buy the m-audio monitors , go for the bx-8 [ biggger ones ] and not the bx-5 |

I feel that the Truths have a lot of unwanted bass, bass that does not actually exists in the mix. Also the mix sounds a bit blured and undefined. On the other hand you can pump up the volume and listen to the music really loud.
Regarding BX5 I think that it has very weak bass, its very quiet in that area. But I find them very good in mids and highs, the mix sounds crystal clear making it possible for you to correct anything in it.
