Has anyone tried this mixer yet? I am confused if i should get it or a Pioneer DJM 300. The DJM is 80 bucks more expensive than the mixer. I just want to know if anyone has tried using the DJX 700 and I need some comments on it. |

Its not too bad but the effects are cheap and pretty useless, still its reasonable cheap for a 5 channel mixer if you get the pioneer you get less but better quality if you get the behringer you get vice versa
  Progressive, Full-on? Its all good <;} |

a friend of mine ust picked one up the other day. the fx are stuck on 'd2' (doesn't work), some of the kill switches make noise when you engage/disengage, and the fader assignments are messed up/sorta work. basically he has to send it back cause it's a lemon. beware of behrigner's build quality, if you buy one make sure you get a thirty day no question warranty on it. |

Damn.. a lot of negative comments on it. So you were in the same position as me, would you get the djm 300 over it? |

are you going to be taking it on the road/ out to partys to play on big systems? or is it just for the bedroom & occasional party?
if you need ruggedness, reliability, and *probably* better sonics (i haven't heard the djm300) get the pioneer, if not, might as well get the behringer.
just try to buy it from a place that will let you return it & get the pioneer instead in case it sucks.
